Project Description: The Women in Entrepreneurship Initiative is designed to empower female entrepreneurs by addressing the unique challenges they face. The initiative will include a series of workshops, mentorship opportunities, and networking events specifically tailored for women. Additionally, the program will provide small grants to promising female-led startups.

Fund Allocation:

• Workshop and event organization: $6,000
• Mentor and speaker honorariums: $7,000
• Small grants for female-led startups: $8,000
• Marketing and outreach: $4,000

Impact: This initiative aims to support 15-20 female entrepreneurs annually, promoting gender diversity in the entrepreneurial ecosystem. By providing targeted support, the program will help women overcome barriers to business success, contributing to a more inclusive and equitable economy.
