It’s well over a year now since the world first encountered the Covid-19 pandemic. The effects of the coronavirus have been far beyond anyone’s wildest expectations. Businesses have had to shut down, people have been laid off from work, while others have had their loved ones succumb to this deadly virus. All these factors have had a great impact on our social, financial, and psychological well-being.

Lucky enough, the rollout of vaccines has caused a decline in the number of infections globally, and new strains of the virus have been discovered and are under serious observation.
The world is generally adjusting and discovering the new normal where we coexist with the virus even as scientists fight to preserve humankind and completely make eradication of COVID19.

With these events leading, there is no doubt that our perspective of finances have changed immensely. There is a different understanding of how we should conduct business – we will provide an insight on this.

We will also delve into what it means to revive the global economy post-pandemic keeping in mind the many challenges that we are bound to encounter. We also cannot fail to acknowledge the glaring issue of inclusivity in society. The year 2020 was a time of reckoning as Black people took to the streets to demand equal rights in a progressed world. The Black Lives Matter movement became a trend after the gruesome murder of George Floyd, an African American man who was killed in what has since been determined as a racially biased motive. One of the police involved in George’s murder, Derek Chauvin has already been declared guilty by the Minnesota Fourth Judicial District Court. BLM has since grown to garner support globally hence becoming a powerful force of change.

While these are clearly unprecedented times, we remain hopeful that all is not lost. It is during times like these that we cling to hope and divert our energy to motivating and uplifting activities in the world. We look forward to tell you the success stories of young African entrepreneurs; these are people who have gone to great lengths to accomplish their dreams and have proven that we can all achieve anything we set our minds to regardless of any circumstances.

We also recognize that with the opening of borders, we are once again free to travel the world, but as we do so, we must remember that the virus is still within us. We must adhere to necessary health regulations to keep us safe. Correspondingly, we are going to offer you some helpful fitness tips to help you keep healthy and fit, we all need it.
